Testimonial for  Zumbatomics and Zumba.......

Gill Yeoman, Head of PE, St Alphage Infant School, Solihull (June 2012)

''Emma delivered a fun packed Zumbatomics lesson as part of our Olympic week.

All the children were engaged by Emma's enthusiasm, clear instruction and lively music. The class was carefully pitched to be inclusive and explored a variety of movement. Both the children and their teacher had a thoroughly enjoyable session.''

Emma provided 5 energetic Zumbatomic sessions, full of fun, at our Division Brownie Dance Day in April. The Brownies (and their Leaders) had a fabulous time; Emma provided some great routines which were easy for the girls to follow and communicated all her instructions really well with the music being lively and current. Thank you Emma.

"I enjoy coming to Zumba as it is a great form of exercise and really enjoyable. You don't realise how much if a workout you are getting and having lots of fun at the same time. You also get up meet new people and make new friends. I would highly recommend ZUMBA."

Wendy Mason, Hockley Heath Zumbet says....

'' I found it difficult to motivate myself to fit in getting to the gym with my hectic schedule and although I am physically active in my job, I really needed something to help me stay fit and tone up a few areas.
A friend recommended Emma's Zumba class and I have been going twice a week ever since! I find it a great way to work out and Emma gets you working hard in a really enjoyable way! I always really look forward to my next class - what a fab way to feel about exercise!! ''

Pippa Gascoigne, Manager, Choice Support  (Oct 2012)

We  were  delighted  to have  Emma  Brown  delivering  a   Zumba  session  at  our  recent  Conference  .

The  Choice  Support  Big  Meet  is  open to all the people  with learning  disabilities who  Choice  Support  work  with. People  had travelled  from the North  from London   & from other parts of the Country .  At  the  Birmingham  Botanical  Gardens  the   two Zumba  sessions  were a  big  hit  . Emma  had worked  out some  great  routines which  were  easy  to follow  as most of us were  totally  new  to the power  of Zumba .

Emma  communicated  all her instructions  really  well , she  had thought through  movements in her  session  to make  sure  that everyone could  take  part , including  people using  wheelchairs.  She  was  very  dynamic and   her  session  made  a big  impact on  the  whole  day .

There  was  great  excitement in the  room  , fantastic music  that  got  everyone  up  , trying zumba  as  an option  for  exercise  to  try again when they  got  home .

We would love  to have  lots  of  Emma’s  around  the  Country  to make  zumba   more inclusive  to people  with disabilities .

" Having tried many Zumba classes over the past few years I have to say nothing compares to Emma's for fun and motivation !

Using the most up to date music and choreography she always manages to make keeping fit more appealing and I always look forward to our weekly classes. "

Sharon Swaby, Cheswick Green Zumberer says.....

I have been attending Emma's Zumba classes twice a week (when work allows) mainly Tuesday and Thursdays at Cheswick Green Village Hall since December 2011. With a slight modification to my meals (no drastic diet) I have lost 13pounds! I am really pleased not only with my weight loss but with the improvement in my fitness.
It is the only exercise to date that I have stuck to! Give it a go - what have you got to lose?

Amanda Smith, Hockley Heath Zumbet says......

“ I hate the gym but needed to find exercise I could engage with to keep me motivated, thought I would try Emma’s Zumba class as the location is perfect for me.

So I keep going back week after week, because not only is it convenient, but Emma delivers a fun, varied class with just enough high energy impact for me to know I have worked hard and that it is doing me some good. The level is just right, Emma knows her audience and gets its right for it still to be enjoyable and not ‘Boot Camp’ style.

Emma’s friendly and lively approach makes it a great way to spend a hour doing something that is good for you!”
